The Best Scrambled Eggs

Well, at least, out of all the scrambled eggs I've made (a lot) these were the best.

Gordon Ramsay could probably do better but that's beside the point.
You may be thinking "John, why are you posting about how to make scrambled eggs? That's so booooring". But these eggs are seriously so good I felt the need to share them with everyone. I made some for Alyssa and she ate three more helpings.
Before we get on to making the eggs, a few tips on buying truffle oil. As you may or may not have known, many brands of truffle oil are just truffle scented oil. Kind of like truffle perfume. That's how come it's not $100/pound like real truffles are. Real truffle oil is hard to come by and is made by infusing (usually) olive oil with chunks of truffle. The best way to tell if you're buying real truffle oil or not is to look at the price tag. If it's less than $30-40 it's probably not the real stuff. I got mine for $14 because I bought the tiniest amount possible (60 ml from The Spicy Olive). If you get the good stuff you only need a few drops to get good truffle flavor. If you can't find (or afford) real, good truffle oil, or don't mind using fake truffle oil, then go ahead and use it.
Also be sure to use a nonstick pan since we are using the olive oil in this recipe to flavor the eggs, not to keep them from sticking or to cook them. I know I said don't cook with extra virgin olive oil. Ignore that for this recipe because it tastes great. We're using it to flavor the eggs, not cook them.
Anyways, enough talking onto the recipe. You'll need:
Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
5 drops white truffle oil
4 eggs
Truffle infused sea salt
Penzy's Fox Point Seasoning (garlic, shallots, chives, onions, garlic, green peppercorns)
Freshly ground white pepper
Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and add the olive oil and truffle oil to it.

Crack the eggs into the pan, then stir them around, mixing them with the oils until they're about 3/4 cooked.

Season with truffle salt, pepper, and fox Point, and cook for another 30 seconds.

And that's it. They taste like heaven and they're so simple to make.
